“Please note, if you are requesting a reservation at our exclusive, adults-only property, or simply seeking information; we allow pets on a per request, and seasonal basis. There are some restrictions on pets. For reservations in the months January to April, booking less than seven days may not be done more than a week in advance, as short -term bookings will affect bookings longer than one week. For either, fill out the form below and we normally return your request within a couple of hours.

Refund Policy
We are small venue. A reservation deposit of 50% of the full amount of the stay is required, at the time of booking. When a guest makes a reservation and pays the deposit, there is a 48 hour window, from when the reservation was made, to be able to cancel. A cancellation fee, the equivalent of one day will be retained by our resort. Beyond the 48 hour window, we exercise a “no refund” policy, however, raincheck is available within 6 months, based on availability, for full value of the deposit.

It is recommended for travellers to obtain private cancellation insurance for air and lodging.
