“Please note, if you are requesting a reservation at our exclusive, adults-only property, or simply seeking information; we allow pets on a per request, and seasonal basis. There are some restrictions on pets. For reservations in the months January to April, booking less than seven days may not be done more than a week in advance, as short -term bookings will affect bookings longer than one week. For either, fill out the form below and we normally return your request within a couple of hours.

Refund Policy
We are small venue. A reservation deposit of 50% of the full amount of the stay is required, at the time of booking. When a guest makes a reservation and pays the deposit, there is a 48 hour window, from when the reservation was made, to be able to cancel. A cancellation fee, the equivalent of one day will be retained by our resort. Beyond the 48 hour window, we exercise a “no refund” policy, however, raincheck is available within 6 months, based on availability, for full value of the deposit.

It is recommended for travellers to obtain private cancellation insurance for air and lodging.

Somos un establecimiento pequeño. Se requiere un depósito de reserva del 50 % del monto total de la estadía al momento de realizar la reserva. Cuando un huésped realiza una reserva y paga el depósito, hay un período de 48 horas, a partir de la fecha de la reserva, para poder cancelar. Nuestro complejo retendrá una tarifa de cancelación equivalente a un día. Después de ese período de 48 horas, aplicamos una política de “no reembolso”, sin embargo, se puede solicitar un vale de reembolso dentro de los 6 meses, según disponibilidad, por el valor total del depósito.

Se recomienda a los viajeros obtener un seguro de cancelación privado para vuelos y alojamiento.
