Villa Star of the Sea Boutique Apartment Suites, a small boutique resort, consisting of one and two bedroom fully equipped ocean apartments, on a pristine twenty seven-km beach that is private, quiet, and far removed from the fast, tourist paced crazy. We are very close to your destination airport, Manzanillo-Costalegre International Airport (ZLO), 17 kilometers from Villa Star of the Sea. The closest main town to Villa Star of the Sea is Cihuatlan, which is between the airport and our vacation property. It is approximately 14 Km from Barra de Navidad and Melaque.

Barra de Navidad and Melaque offer both great dining and shopping experiences. We are happy to offer you advice on both during your stay. Cihuatlan has a larger grocery store that offers everything you would need for your stay and beyond what is offered in local convenience stores.

Our guests often choose to rent a car for their vacation in order to do some shopping, visit restaurants and explore the local region. You can rent a car at the airport which can be reserved ahead on-line. Please contact us and we would be happy to help if you have any questions about transportation, or tours, ect. before or during your stay. We also go into the local towns several times during the week to keep fresh produce for La Sirena Gordita, and guests are invited to tag along to shop.
